Cant delete message on outbox folder

There is a message that i am note able to move, delete or anything on my
Outbox folder.
I also dont see the message on the windows mail folder.There is no .eml file
to this message,
What can i do to remove this message?

Everytime i send an e-mail i got an error message, i have to wait all the
receive and send process to new messages be send.
Any tips?
When Microsoft will release a HUGE patch to all the issues?

Try my WMUtil program and compact and then repair the database and see if
that fixes it. See www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/

I am having the same issue. nothing will fix it and now I can't send any
mail.

Remove your mail account and close and reopen WinMail. Then see if you can
delete it then. Then add your mail account back again.
