stucked messages in outbox folder

i have few stucked messages in otubox.
every time when i press send / recieve windows mail is asking me to send
those stucked messages from outbox by using default acc. when i press YES it
sends that messages, but they are still in outbox, and when i need to send or
recieve some new messages thar loop is starting again...

whit that i have another problem, i cant delete those messages from outbox
folder... every time when i try i got "an unknow error has accurred"
message...
