Can't delete Internet Temp Files

Explorer 6.0 freezes whenever I attempt to delete the
Temporary Internet Files. Deleting the files through
disk clean-up or a thrid-party software also freezes the
application in use. Deleting manually also freezes
Internet Explorer, although deleting a few files at a
time (5-15) works but takes longer than normal to delete.


Any suggestions?

I can delete the temp files but the window freezes when I
click OK. In my case, it seems to be related to Logitec
messenger that loads into the task manager each time I
start the computer.
Bring up the task manager to see if the problem is related
to a specific program. If it is, just end the program.
