Can't delete temp. internet files

My computer freezes everytime I try to delete temporary
internet files. This might be because I have a lot of
them. Is there a program I can use to delete them easily?

Follow the instructions at
How To Delete the Internet Explorer Temporary Internet Files:

And (afterwards) set the size of the TIF folder to about 50MB.
