Can't connect to Lan PC

Ok, Here is the deal!

Both pc's are running win 2K

I set up ICS on my Main PC(PC1) and have the other pc(PC2)
connected to a fast ethernet switch. PC1 has 2 nics, 1
connecting to the cable modem, the other connected to the
fast ethernet switch. PC2 is receiving a ip address from
PC1 b/c it's using dhcp. Both pc's are logged in using
the same username and password. In this case it's the
administrator password. PC2 can connect to PC1. It can
map drives and see all the shares. PC1 however can't see
any shares on PC2 nor map any drives. I can ping fine
from both pc's. Not sure what the problem is. It sounds
like a name resolution to me. Any help would be
appreciated.
