Can't capture with ilink cable

I have been transferring video from my Sony DCR-HC20 to my harddrive wtih USB
cable, but got an ilink card and cable yesterday to get better quality.
However, I now can't get the capture function to work with the ilink cable.
MM either freezes up, or tells me that there is no tape in my camera (there
is, of course), when I go throught the capture procedures. It seems to
detect the camera okay, but then something is going wrong. I tried
reinstalling the driver, but that didn't work. What could be wrong? Is it
the camera? The cable? The program?

Hi Greg,
Have you turned off USB Streaming in your cameras
options/setup menu ? I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago and that's
what I did to correct the problem with my Sony camera.
