can't access C drive

I captured a video from a home movie and now that it is
done I cannot open my C drive at all. I keep getting an
error.

Error Signature

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer:6.0.2800.1221
ModName: qdv.dll ModVer:6.5.1.900
Offset: 000068ef


if anyone could possible let me know what this means it

Michael Solomon \(MS-MVP Windows Shell/User\)

This dll is a part of Mplayer, do you have that installed, the player
appears to be the issue.
