Error in Windows

Everytime I go into a folder I get a windows error
reporting saying <br>
Appname: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1221 ModName:
mpg2appx.ax ModVer: 1.0.1.4 Offset: 000015b2ng <br>

Why can't I open that folder?
