Cannot view thumbnail Image

When you open a folder that is configured to show a
thumbnail view of .jpg files, you may see an outline of
the thumbnail and a small program icon where the image
should be displayed. This also happens with .gif, .bmp
files

You may be able to resolve this issue by using Regedit to associate the file
extensions with the thumbnail image handler. For more information see the following
