Cannot view JPG attachments

I just loaded Outlook 2007 and am running vista. When I try to open a JPG
attacment I get an error box that says Applicaiont Not Found. These opened
fine in 2003. I loaded the whole office suite. What do I need to do to be
able to see these files. Thanks for any help you can provide.
