Hi,

I have just started using Business Contact Manager 2007. I have created some
business contacts and linked emails with these contacts. The Communication
History folder shows many items linked to these contacts. However, when I
open the contact's business card and click the History button on the Show
area of the ribbon nothing happens.

The button depresses, but the window never changes and the General button
immediately goes back to being depressed again instead of History. Pressing
General, Details or User-defined fields works fine.

Any ideas why this could be? This is one of the major functions that I would
like to use!!

Many thanks for any advice in advace.

I have the same problem but I receive the following error when i click on the
history tab for either an account or contact:

"The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this conditions
persists."

After this dialog disappears, the General tab is highlighted.

As a BCM Beta tester, I contacted the project manager and he assigned my
problem to one of his enginers. I worked with this engineer for about a week
trying to resolve the problem but in the end he asked me to contact MS
Support because he couldnt figure out the problem.

It's extremely frustrating becuase BCM is essentially useless to me now.
Other problems like this have forced me to save important email messages and
other files to my local HD and not rely on BCM.

I have the same problem. When I click on History in a contact I get an error
that says "cannot display this view because an error occurred business
contact manager"

Any suggestions?
