Is There An Easier Way to Access a Business Contact Record?

With 2003 Professional,it's wonderful that appointments and tasks
associated with a Business Contact record are easily be accessed from the
"Business Contact History" pane.
I set follow-up appointments using the Add button from "Business
Contact History". When the appointment reminder occurs, I view the
appointment record and find there is not a link from that appointment record
to the Business Contact record. So, to find out the background information
about the contact, I end up accessing the Business Contact record then search
for the contact's name.
Is there a means to link an appointment to a Business Contact record in
the same way that BCM now links a Business Contact record to each item in the
Business Contact History so that each of the linked items can be accessed
with a single click? The goal is to have single-click access to the Business
Contact record associated with appointments and tasks associated with that
Business Contact record.

when you create the appointment, put the contact name contact field at the
bottom of the form. If that field is not there, you have to turn it on in
the options tab for outlook.
I know it seems redundant, but that is one way to make it work. you can
select contacts from your regular contact list or scroll down till you see
the Business Contacts and search through there.

you can then click on the contact name at the bottom of the appointment form
through the reminder window, and it will take you directly to the contact.
