Whats the best way to handle a personal contact who is also abusiness contact?

I have 3 personal contacts in Outlook 2007 who are also business
contacts.

Should I just duplicate the record in Business Contact Manager and use
that section (BCM) for the contact's business dealings alone?

This would mean I would have the contact twice in Outlook. Once in
Personal Contacts and again in Business Contacts.

What's the best way to deal with such a situation?
