Outlook 2007 + BCM

1)I have used Outlook for many years and have now installed BCM. I find that
I have all my contacts in the Outlook contact folder as always and have to
manually transfer my business contacts to BCM so I end up with 2 copy's of
the same contact. Is there a better way to do this. The idea is to have my
business contacts in BCM and my personal contacts in the Outlook contact
folder, right?

2) What's the name and location of the BCM data file. I want to be able to
back it up.

BCM uses sql database. So you don't want to backup the db file from disk
directly. There is a backup feature under Database Tools/Manage Database/
Backup
