Outlook 2007 BCM Exporting Files

F

FLBill0420

I have Outlook 2007 with BCM installed on an old computer. I wish to
transfer the BCM data to my new computer.

The problem is that I do not have the BCM option as a menu option on the top
line menu. But, the business contacts are listed as business contacts in BCM
on the left side menu in Outlook as Business Contacts in BCM under My
Contacts.

When I access the wizard that allows a choice of address books, the business
contacts are listed as an address book.

SQL is installed on my old computer as are the other components of BCM or so
it appears to me.

I did transfer my personal contacts using the backup and restore option for
personal files. Only my personal contacts transferred. The business
contacts did not transfer.

Is it possible to transfer the BCM contacts manually? How?

Should I reinstall BCM on my old computer? Would this cause the BCM menu
options to appear without losing my data?

I am at a loss for a solution. Please help.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Your BCM add-in is likely to be disabled.

Please re-enable it as per http://support.microsoft.com/kb/298838
