Cannot type text or move cursor

I am unable to type text or move the cursor. This is a single document
problem. I was sent adocument as an attachment in Word. I have opened this
document with Word, but the cursor remains at the top of the page.

Perhaps it is a protected form? Have you tried using the Tab key?
