Can't save changes to a Word document

K

Kirsten F

I have a Word document on my PC that opens with the cursor at the bottom of
the page. I want to document to open at the top.

I move the cursor, save and then close but when I re-open, the cursor is
back at the bottom of the page.

This only happens on this one document so I assume it's a settings problem,
but I can't find it.

Any clues much appreciated.
Thanks

In the Page Layout dialog box, make sure that "Vertical alignment" is set to
"Top."

To open the dialog box:

- In Word 2007, click the Page Layout tab of the ribbon. Then click the
dialog launcher button (the arrow on the bottom right of the Page Setup
group).

- In Word 2003, click File | Page Setup.
