cannot stabilze Outlook

I also had the message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. the set
of folders could not be opened"
I followed Roady instructions and created a new profile. Now Outlooks opens
but disapperars within 3/4 seconds????

Delete the profiles, the outcmd.dat and *.srs files and try a new profile.

once outlook is working, you can use the old pst with it -
