Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook

Using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP, SP3. Trying to open e-mail. Get the
message:"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists." Can open other e-mails but
not the one I use. All e-mail profiles are the same.

Verify that the mail profile is configured with the correct account type and
that the Exchange mailbox or the pst-file for the mail profile is accessible
or still exists.

Without knowing your mail account type, it is hard to be more specific.
