Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open Outlook window.

Am getting the error message "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot
open Outlook window."

I am running XP home and outlook 2007 accessing hotmail and gmail by POP3

Have tried rebooting, running SCANPST, creating a new profile, etc etc.

Have not installed or changed any programs.

This profile is using Unicode, other profile that does not use unicode has
no problems.
