Cannot open the Outlook window

I am running Office 2007 and Exchange 2003.
I'm not aware of any changes I made yesterday, but suddenly when I try to
launch Outlook I get this error:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook.
Cannot open the Outlook window.
I have deleted and re-recated the profile to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

This same thing happened to me today. I tried a system restore thinking the
service pack update might have caused it but I had no luck going back 3
days! Did you get any help?

Try this, it worked for me.

Goto RUN and type outlook /resetnavpane
