Outlook in windows 7 error

Below is the error I ghet when attenptin to launch outlook. I have profiles
setup and the program was working perfectly. I downloaded and installed
thunderbird to see if my wife liked it better that outlook. After
unistalling thunderbird and attempting to launch outlook, this error began to
occur.:= I uninstalled office and re-installed it. The problem persists.

You've tried Diagnostics?
Uninstall / reinstall does not impact on the Profile
Try
Start>Run
outlook.exe /resetnavepane
(note space between exe /)
