Cannot Setup Outlook 2003 with Hotmail even after

I did everything the same as in Outlook 2002 but somehow in Outlook
2003 the password keeps on popping up. I entered using the Wizard like
Interface and yet I cannot get it to work... even changing the save
password from Encrypted to Non-Encrypted... and checking... I have no
problems connecting straight in the web browser or at my office using
Outlook 2002. Please advise.
 
Check the properties for the HTTP acct. Make sure SPA is NOT checked and you
have Remember Password checked.
