Outlook 2007 & Hotmail: Problem with login

Outlook 2007 will frequently ask me to re-enter my Hotmail password even
though Remember Password option has been selected. It never behaved this way
pn OL2003, only since using OL2007 am I experiencing this nuisance.

Ideas?

Do you have SP2 installed?
Are you connected to the internet when it happens? (it will ask for the pw
if it can't find the server)

Yes, Office Outlook SP2 is installed and yes it happens when I am connected.

"Remember" feature of password does not maintain setting.

Frustrating.
