CANNOT SEND - IT'S LOOKING OR A DIAL-UP!

S

Using Vista Ultimate...

I cannot send any mail because every time I hit SEND a dialog box requesting
dialup properties opens.

We're running broadband only and don't even have a modem installed! (on a
new Dell Precision 390).

When I go to Internet Options>Connections it's empty... "Never Dial..." is
selected (which is a good thing). However, when I open my e-mail Accounts
and select "Connection," the application freezes and I have to restart it.

HOW CAN I DISABLE THAT BLOODY POPUP FROM ASKING FOR DIALUP INFO? WE'RE NOT
DIALING UP!!!

Any Help will be appreciated.

Try temporarily uninstalling your antivirus program to see if it makes
a difference. Also, you may want to recreate that account since it
has been corrupted.
