Cannot send emails on 2 of 3 accounts

I have been using Windows Mail for close to a year with no problems. I have
three email accounts. The primary account is fine. The other two accounts I
cannot send emails. I get this error message:The message could not be sent.
The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail
[SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for
"Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending
e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings,
please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject '', Account:
'(e-mail address removed)', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 5.1.0 Authentication required', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC78
I called my ISP and they said all is fine on their end. I installed
IncrediMail and all three accounts work. Receiving and sending. My PC is at
my home.

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.

You left off the most important part of your error message.
It should look something like this:

Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 5.1.0 Authentication required', Port: 587, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
The box for "My server requires authentication" must be checked.
