Cannot send email...

I have check to make sure the service packs are the same
for outlook & XP Pro and they are but I still cannot send
email out via my ISP's SMTP server. I have tried what my
ISP's tech support told me but it still does not work. I
have switch to outlook express and still does not work...
 
What error messages are you getting?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
