Cannot resize photos to email

When emailing photos from My pictures Folder, I am unable
to reduce the size of the photo. This problem just
started.

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.
