Cannot open Javascript link since Outlook2000 installation

Hi,

since the installation of Outlook 2003 on my WinXP prof machine I can't
access some javascript links from a https url (SSL 3.0, RC4 128 Bit
encryption (high)
There are other javascript links on that site that I can open

I've tried to run sfc /scannow to repair IE6, but this doesnot help.
I've add the site to IE6 trusted sites.
Disabling firewall doesnot help

Any ideas how to troubleshoot?
