Cannot maintain ISP connection

Within 2 to 3 minutes after establishing an internet
connection via dialup the connection is interupted with a
message that an erro has ocurred and the connection will
be shutdown within 59 seconds.

NT Authority System
Error # 10737418919
C:\WINNT\system32\Isass.exe

Occurs with internal coextant modem and an external USB
modem.
