I have BT Broadband on my PC which works fine. I have
loaded the software to my laptop and connected the modem.
When it connects to the internet a box comes up
saying "LSA SHELL(EXPORT VERSION) NEEDSTO CLOSE". After
closing this box another box comes up saying
"NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe
status code 1073741819
Then it times down and shuts off the computer. I have
just put done afull recovery and reformated my laptop but
the fault still occurs

Greetings

You probably have the Sasser Worm. Check the microsoft and symantec website
for fixes.

Sasser worm. Start>Run>type the following: shutdown -a
This should keep your system from shutting down so you can find a Sasser
removal tool by doing a Google search. You need a good firewall and
anti-virus application as well as some basic malware scanning software.
