Using a new Dell which had to be restored (HD) - while trying to connect to
MSN dialup a small window appears first saying:
LSA Shell Export Version encountered a problem and needs to close.

Then a countdown window that says: c\win\sys32\lsass.exe status code
1073741819 --- and proceeds to shut the computer off.

Any help would be appreciated to eliminate this problem.

I would strongly recommend installing Service Pack 2
for Windows XP after removing the Sasser worm:

You have a virus and/or spyware on your computer.

1) Install and run ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com)
2) Check for viruses (www.norman.com)
3) Apply SP2
