system shut down

I have windows Xp and when i connect to AOL my computer
will, freeze up and the a system shut down countdown
comes up with the message error in system32 lsass.exe
and the the computer restarts. Whgen the computer
restarts an erroe message comes up that say lsa shell
(export version) encountered an error and needed to close.
I already re-installed AOL and i still get the same
message. Please help me and tell me what i need to
do. Thank you!!!!

havent seen that symptom with lsass before that is the

logon security for the local computer,once it is corrupt
you rarely get back in to the computer,back up your data
consider yourself lucky and perform a clean install of xp.
