Need help

My computer continues to give me this message: LSA Shell
(Export Version) has encountered a problem and needs to
close. Once it is closed shortly after another box comes
up that states an error has occured in
c://window/system32//sass.exe' It gives a countdown from
59 seconds and completely shuts the system down and
restarts. Can anyone tell me what's going on? Or at
least point me to someone who might be able to help?
