Cannot launch Add/Remove Programs

When i double click on the Add/Remove Programs icon,
nothing was launched. I tried the same onthe appwiz.cpl
file but same result.

Appreciate some help.
 
Make sure that the appwiz.cpl file is on your system and that it is not
corrupt.

Try running this command: REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL

If that doesn't work maybe this is the problem:

Before reinstalling IE try fixing it first.
