Add/Remove Program

Hi
We are facing the problem in add/remove program. The system is Win2k machine . After opening the controlpanel and click the Add/Remove program.. the program is not opening. We tried run the appwiz.cpl from the run command... still the program is opening.. There are no new s/w installed on the machine. Virus files are getting updated.. We also tried to replace the appwiz.cpl file from the other system.
Need your help in closing this call...

Try regsvr32 appwiz.cpl.
