Cannot Import OE or Windows Mail Messages

I am configuring a new system on a laptop but when I try an import messages
exported to a folder from OE or Windows Mail I cannot get the new system to
recognize that there are any Windows Mail or OE messages in the exported
folders.

When you navigate to the folder containing the OE .db files, don't open the
folder.
If you open the folder, the path to it will be incorrect..
ie. \temp will show up as \temp\temp
