Importing mail from XP-OE

Cannot import mail message from OE in XP to Windows Mail in Vista, any
suggestions or ideas how to get this done. When I search for the message
files to import, it shows the folder but not the file. The file ext is
..dbx, can this be converted to something that Vista can read or is there
another way to get this done? Please advise. Thanks

Vista can read .DBX files just fine, you really need to be careful to just
select the folder containing them, not open it. See these instructions:
