cannot go on web

Hi I have a little problem. When I want to go on web, for instance, I wrote
www.hotmail.com, it's written :Opening page
http://www.vrape.harloved.com/top/search.php?id=2&s=www.hotmail.com...
It's impossible for me to go on any web site. Doe's someone can help me
please.

i am not sure but u might wanna go to the internet option and under avanced
change it to default , also on the general page change the defalt page to
