My hotmail does not work.

Hi my name is Sam and i've been trying to access my hotmail account
for a while now and it just does not seem to open. everytime i go to
www.hotmail.com. the site would say it could not display the page.
sometimes it would show the log in.. then after i log in it says that
the page could not be displayed. could you please help me with this?
