somthing worry with the HOTMAIL and MSN

When I go to the web-site of hotmail(www.hotmail.com), I find that I can
open the web-site, but I can't sign in. when I input the email address and
password,then push sing in. the web-site tells me:The page cannot be
displayed.But I can sign into yahoo.com and other web-site
p.s: I can visit other web-site. but I can't not visit:
https://easyweb.tdcanadatrust.com/ too.

question two:
I find that I can't sign in my MSN messenger,I think this problem is the
same problem with www.hotmail.
who can help me??

Do you get any error message? Have you checked to see if
your password has become corrupt? Did you type the password
correctly [including case]?

Have you tried to create a new Hotmail account just as a
test?

Have you tried to contact Hotmail help?
