Cannot boot to Windows

I have the worm. Symptoms started Monday night, now
machine will not boot Windows XP at all. Anyone have
thoughts on how to fix this without reformatting the drive?

Try booting into "Safe Mode". Turn the system on and hold
down the F8 key. Select "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with
Networking".

I also have the same problem. The system just reboots
constantly.

I can not get in in safe mode either only in safemode
with dos prompt. Now what?
