cannot access shared resources on other XP computer

Dear Sir/Madam,

My company's network as following:

192.1.1.0 (Network A) - computer win xp, computer win 98

192.1.2.0 (Network B) - computer win xp, computer win 98

Network A and Network B are VPN connected by gateway.

Assume I am computer win xp in Network A. I can't see shared resources of
computer win xp in Network B but I can see shared resources in computer win
98 in Network B.

How can I fixed this problem so that I can access shared resources of
computer win xp in Network B¡H

there is a windows domain in both network or only a workgroup ?
