cannot access my hotmail emails throught Microsoft Outlook

We have different users on one computer, my wife can access her hotmail
emails throught Microsoft Outlook but when I log on I can't?

It's possible. Unless you pay for a Hotmail account, MSN is eliminating
access via Outlook and Outlook Express.
