With FP2000 and up, you must use http:// in front of the domain name when publish to a server that
has the FP extensions installed.
I personally always publish to http://www.domainname.com never to http://domainname.com
However, if your site is hosted on a STATIC IP address, then you should try connecting to your site
via it's IP, as in http://000.000.000.000.
