can not install microsoft picture it! express on my new xp prof. c

receive application error c0000005 when install pivture it!
express\piintro.exe from my old works 2000 suite. therefor all my old work is
not accessable. please advise,JimmyJ.

Not sure if you've gotten this to work or not. If not, here is a
Knowledgebase article that might help. It's for a different issue but is
something to try.
