Can I upgrade to Win XP (from Win 2000) online?

The only upgrade path would be to Windows XP Pro. You'll of course need to
buy the operating system software.

There is not a downloadable version of the product that you can do online if
thats the question. If you are an MSDN member you can download the ISO for
XP Pro and install it after being burned to CD.

You can do all of this by booting off the Windows CD ROM and deleting and
partitioning the drive there. There is no uninstall for Windows 2000. You
can either dual boot or you can reformat and start over.
