Can I retrieve a dismissed Reminder?

Occasionally, I get over-enthusastic when deleting a few completed reminders
and hit the 'dismiss' button once too often. Unlike if I delete something
from my Inbox, say, there is no Ctrl/Z or undo. The dismissed reminders do
not appear in my deleted items, or my completed tasks lists.....

Is there any way to get back a reminder once it's dismissed? (Outlook 2007)

Other than deleting & readding the item, I don't think so. Maybe if you
change the reminder time on the original item, it may regenerate but I
haven't tried that

Not really - you need to reset it on the item you dismissed. Sometimes you
can find it by looking at the modified field.
