Can I change the IP on my 2003 DC?

Can anyone tell me the steps to change my IP on my DC, or is it as simple as
just changing it like any windows box?

No, it isn't that simple; and changing it will break a lot of things. If
you have more than one DC you might risk it, otherwise I would not.

You'd also have to change DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc - it can be done, but
exercise caution & do it after hours. If you have anything running that
requires inbound access from the Internet/another network, you'll need to
change your router/firewall rules accordingly, too.
