Can "Find" feature search for specific attachments

I would like to search the e-mails for a specific attachment. For example an
attached file named "special.pdf" among several attachments to one e-mail or
as a single attachment to one e-mail. I would like to be able to find the
attachment and it's associated e-mail without searching each individual
e-mail manually.

search utilities like msn desktop search, Google desktop, or lookout should
be able to do it - the only chance you have using outlook's tools is to
create a rule looking for the filename in the header (use words in the
header rule) and moving, flagging, or assigning a category to it then run
the rule on the folder where you thing the item might be. This generally
works but it depends on how the original message was constructed and is not
100%.
